District Six schools held several programs this week in Observance of Veterans Day. These events give us the opportunity to recognize those who have given unselfishly for this country. It is also a wonderful learning opportunity for our students. We appreciate the sacrifice that these men and women have given to our country. We understand that the freedoms we hold today would not be possible without our veterans.
