4:32pm SAFETY UPDATE..Our transportation team is working hard to get our students home safely. The tornado warning for Spartanburg County has now been lifted. We have been given the all-clear by the National Weather Service and will now continue with our bus routes.
4:13pm SAFETY UPDATE....Another tornado warning has now been issued for parts of Spartanburg County. All buses must now return to the nearest school. We will update you as soon as we can resume bus transportation. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
The National Weather Service has lifted the tornado warning for Spartanburg County. Dismissal of students will begin immediately. Thank you everyone for your patience!
We are following the safety procedures our district has in place. Students will be dismissed after the tornado warning is lifted. Buses have returned to the nearest school. D6 parents, who were in car pool line, may seek shelter inside the school building. Masks will be required. We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information. The safety of our D6 community is our top priority.
